My passion for health and fitness didn’t come from a textbook — it came from a life lived in motion. Growing up immersed in sports and competing in soccer through college, I discovered early on the power that movement, nutrition, and mindset have over how we feel, perform, and show up in the world.
That foundation shaped everything. Over the past five years as a personal trainer and nutritionist, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they transform not just their bodies, but their confidence and quality of life. My background as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer gives me a deeper understanding of the body that I bring to every program I design — because real results come from working with your body, not against it.
When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me embracing the beautiful chaos of life as a military wife and proud mom to my dogs and horses. That life has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of taking care of yourself so you can show up fully for everything that matters.
